Business development leader with 17+ years in global healthcare markets, specializing in distributor and channel management across EMEA. She has built and managed an international distributor network of 100+ partners, developing the CRM systems and tools to scale it.
Built on her trustful relations, she is ensuring a dynamic and efficient growth of local partner network.
Fritz Derrer
Founder and member of board
Fritz spent his active work carrier with Varian, building up the international business including direct and indirect markets outside of US. Since retiring in 2017, he remained being an active and much respected member of the healthtech domain, and his passion to add value to the distributor channels resulted in founding VispaTec in 2023. He
is acting as a consultant and brainstorming partner for the team.

Szabolcs Forizs

Commercial executive with 25+ years in medical technology across diagnostic imaging, radiation therapy, and healthcare IT.
With a background in electrical and biomedical engineering plus an MBA, he began in physics
R&D before moving into commercial leadership.
He has run operations across 19 countries,
managing teams of 600+ and P&L exceeding
$160M annually.
